Veritable veterans of the Perth burger scene at this point, Short Order Burger Co. have been consistently serving up some of Perth’s highest quality burgers.
Originally necessitating a trek to Fremantle, owner Simon opened a second store on Hay Street in the CBD back in 2016 to provide their loyal-but-travel-weary patrons a more proximate location for their burger fix.
Both venues are BYO-friendly, so grab your favourite tinnie en-route to wash down your burger, or order one of the rich Milkshakes—often produced in collaboration with local gelato wizard, Stampede Gelato.
